Pivot REI was founded 2019 in Jacksonville, FL to invest in real estate around our local markets. Since then, Pivot REI has managed more than 25 investment projects ranging from residential & commercial rehabs, residential development, and land entitlements. Our business is focused on improving the local community and providing sustainable housing.
